These scones are incredibly delicious! The flavors are clean and real ingredients are used, there’s no imitation flavoring. The texture is perfect, soft with slight crumble, just the way it should be. I love that you can create your own variety. The cranberry orange is my favorite. In my last order I wanted to try the lemon blueberry but to my surprise the lemon blueberry wrapper was filled with a chocolate orange. That wasn’t a flavor I would usually have chosen but it was fun to taste something new. My order was shipped quickly and everything packed well and secure. I highly recommend the scones!

I have ordered these scones 5-6 times, and been extremely pleased every time. Right now my favourite are the pumpkin, and will be re-ordering more while they are still available. (They freeze well!) but the lemon blueberry, are a year round favourite. I fell for an ad I saw, and recently ordered 4 scones from another company, and what a mistake that was!!!! They fell apart in our hands and crumbled when we introduced clotted cream! I was so embarrassed in front of a friend from England. I won’t ever order any other scones except Highland Gourmet! Excellent scones! Very tasty, easily crumbling but can share them by cutting them in half. Sweeter than most scones that I have had and definitely the most expensive ones that I have bought. My recuperating wife needed some feel good baked items, so I saw these and purchased them on-line. Sent some to my brother as well. Only issue that I had was that there was no place to send a note to the recipient. My brother didn't know who had sent them to him. I stored mine in the tin in my refrigerator and ate them within 6 days. Microwaved the refrigerated halved scones on high for 25 seconds with butter on top. Delicious!

It was very difficult to get off as it is clear and has no starting tab! Secondly, they ALL arrived broken in half! Still good to eat, but not to send as a gift.

We order scones 3-4 times a year and are always thrilled with the flavors and how good they taste. We’ve given them as birthday and Christmas gifts over the years and now have many converts. My ONLY suggestion is to print the labels with the flavor names in black versus the gold as it’s hard to read the names of the scones. However, as all the flavors are delicious, it’s more of a happy surprise when you can’t read the flavor.

I tried an assortment of Lemon-Blueberry, Cafe Mocha and Toasted Coconut and they were excellent. Surprisingly, I am not a really sweets-oriented person so I find that these work very well as a dessert with tea or coffee. I also appreciated that I was contacted prior to a holiday weekend regarding my preferences for shipping over the weekend where my order would sit in a distribution center for the extended weekend or I could wait until after the weekend for shipment. Shows great customer service. Scones arrived actually ahead of time and as I said were well worth the wait.

My mom ordered two tins of assorted scones for my family and we couldn't be happier with them! I actually saw them in Victoria magazine last year and ordered them for my parents but requested them for us when my mom asked for gift ideas. We got several varieties and love sampling each one. As soon as they arrived, I popped them in the freezer and take them out, one or two at a time and bake according to the directions. A 300 degree oven works perfectly to warm them through carefully without burning. Each flavor is so buttery and fragrant and their texture isn't too dry or moist but just right! Perfect with coffee or tea. These are definitely a gourmet scone -- way and above what you'd purchase at a store. They come out of the oven fresh and flavorful, like you just bought them at a special local bakery. So glad we received two tins because these will go fast!

Opening the tin I immediately smelled the deliciousness. The cherry amaretto scones were most fragrant, which was delightful. Ordered the golden raisin, orange cranberry, and cherry amaretto. All were delicious right out of the tin! I was too impatient to warm in microwave, but I’m sure that would only enhance the flavors! Only small negative would be the cherry amaretto are a little sweet, but no less delicious!! I’ve had scones in Scotland, Ireland, England and many tea shops in US. These are as good as any of those.. glad I’ve found an easy way to have scones when the mood strikes!

I ordered these for a friend’s birthday and she loved them! In fact, she enjoyed them so much she didn’t want to share them!!!! I ordered one of each of six flavors. She said the lemon blueberry was delicious without the lemon being overpowering. She enjoyed them with a pot of tea. No jam or butter was needed. Whenever I am visiting Pelham, that is a necessary stop for me! However when I am back home, I always order these for other people. Maybe next time I’ll order them for myself!

I found Highland Gourmet Scones advertised in Victoria Magazine and went to their website and decided to take a chance. I build my own assortment.
Everything about this order was top notch. They came in a beautiful tin, individually wrapped and labeled and I cannot say enough good things about the texture and flavor of the scones. They were all delicious and my family is insisting that I order more very soon. My favorite flavor is the Cherry Amaretto - absolutely delicious.

Highland Scones are extremely well made with excellent ingredients, but my husband and I found them too sweet. We have travelled both in Ireland and Scotland and loved their scones for their lack of sweetness, so we are not used to something that may be better suited to American tastes. But, it is an excellent product nonetheless.

Felt frustrated after eating the golden raisin scone especially as very few raisins, had to go to my box of golden raisins to make up for it. These scones are AMAZING. They're nice and dense, and you get plenty of bang for your buck. I'm not a huge fan of actual fruit chunks in my food, but that's simply a personal preference. Then I opened one of the bags and the aroma overtook me. It was an Orange Cranberry Scone and it smelled wonderful. I heated it as directed and took a bite. Can I just say "Oh my Goodness". Honestly, I've never been a fan of scones because they've always been dry and hard and I've had to dunk them in my coffee just to get them down. These scones have set the bar. Fast delivery, great packaging, and delicious product. They were in my office for the weekend after delivery and were still as moist and delicious on Monday as they were when they arrived on Thursday. Would highly recommend them as a gift to others or yourself!

Your scones are so good! I love the cherry amaretto but they are all great. They are more moist than a regular dry Scone, and if you heat them in microwave for few seconds, they are heavenly with cup of coffee. Makes a great gift, too.
